(“CustomAir” or the “Company”), has acquired Reliatech HVAC Inc. (“Reliatech”). Based in Kamloops, British Columbia, Reliatech is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical services for commercial customers in the Thompson region.
The partnership expands CustomAir’s presence in the Interior of British Columbia and will allow Reliatech to provide its customers with an expanded service offering and access to a greater number of highly skilled technicians. In connection with the acquisition, CustomAir will be opening a new branch in Kamloops to support the Company’s continued business growth as well as its existing employee base who reside in the region.
