Vancouver, BC – July 9, 2026 – CAI Capital Partners (“CAI”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its majority interest in ATS Services Ltd. (“ATS” or the “Company”), a CAI Fund VI portfolio company, to a consortium of private investors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, ATS is Canada’s leading provider of aviation weather and communication services. The Company operates over 60 observation and communication sites nationwide supported by a workforce of over 160 employees. Daniel Bockner, President & CEO, will continue to lead the business going forward.

CAI acquired ATS in September 2021. During its ownership, CAI worked with the Company to complete a succession of the senior leadership team, expand ATS’ footprint through new site awards, and renew the Company’s core contracts, strengthening the Company’s market position and service to Canada’s remote Northern communities.
