At the time of CAI’s investment, Vista Midstream Solutions, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, acquired and operated assets in the midstream Canadian natural gas gathering and processing industry. Vista’s focus was to build a diversified portfolio of midstream assets in the midsize market segment, which encompassed plants with processing capacities from 20 million to 100 million cubic feet per day. CAI sold its position in Vista to a strategic buyer.
