At the time of CAI’s investment, Sodisco-Howden, based near Montreal, Quebec, was a leading hardware products distributor to the Canadian home improvement industry. It served approximately 1,500 hardware retailers and home renovation centers from its Canada-wide distribution centers. CAI sold its shares of Sodisco-Howden in the open market.
